Qualifications

• Trained and qualified to operate machinery such as scissor lifts, aerial lifts, fork lifts, etc.

Responsibilities

• Analyze specifications, building plans, and shop drawings to plan installation sequence.
• Keep work area clean and organized, follow safety regulations, and use PPE.
• Set up equipment and welding parts; assist plumbers, welders, HVAC workers as needed.
• Inspect structure for obstructions and lay out pipe positions, holes for pipes.
• Cut openings, install sleeves and penetrations; assist with excavation and pipe fitting.
• Lay out, align, assemble and install valves and fittings in metals and plastics; test for leaks; maintain HVAC systems.
