Qualificações

• Journeyperson Painter with state-approved Apprenticeship; equivalent experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Paint surfaces in apartments, common areas, and exteriors.
• Prepare surfaces by washing, sanding, scraping, and fixing defects.
• Mix paints, prime, and apply coats with brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Maintain logs and records of work orders and vehicle maintenance.
• Order supplies and organize work areas; keep job sites clean.
• Collaborate with contractors and MPHA residents as needed.
• Adhere to safety and quality standards on all tasks.
