Job summary

Dead River Company seeks a Service Technician in a customer-facing role within our Service Department. This position involves installations, troubleshooting, tune-ups, and propane-related work in compliance with codes and safety rules.

Expect on-call schedules and potential travel to customer sites. The ideal candidate has at least two years as a service technician, one year as a delivery driver, and CETP certification or equivalent licensing.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience as a service technician.
• Minimum of one year of experience as a delivery driver.

Responsibilities

• Perform installations, troubleshooting, efficiency tests, tune-ups, propane tank sets and hook-ups per codes and company policies.
• Eliminate call-backs and reduce liability by safe and accurate work.
• Participate in training programs to gain new skills for effectiveness in the role.
• Maintain neat appearance, clean uniform, and provide timely, courteous service as a trusted advisor.
