Tradesmen International, LLC is immediately hiring Journeyman Millwrights for projects located in the Brownsville, OR area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $37-45/hour based on experience and skill level.

Qualifications

• Journeyman-level Millwright experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with precision shaft alignment (laser alignment preferred), pump/gearbox/motor/conveyor installation and repair.

Responsibilities

• Install, assemble, dismantle, relocate, and repair industrial machinery and equipment.
• Perform precision equipment alignments using laser alignment and other measuring tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints, mechanical drawings, and equipment specifications.
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial mechanical systems.
• Replace bearings, shafts, gearboxes, motors, pumps, conveyors, and other rotating equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs.
• Rig, lift, and position heavy equipment using chain falls, hoists, forklifts, and other rigging equipment.
• Maintain precise measurements, tolerances, and alignments during installations.
• Follow OSHA standards and all jobsite safety procedures.
