Job summary

Tradesmen International is actively hiring experienced Millwrights for projects around Carroll, OH. This is a first shift position with pay up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Join a team of proven craftsmen focused on safety, productivity and quality.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, arranging steel components, precise bolting, MIG welding, and assisting with fabrication and assembly. Ensure adherence to safety standards while delivering high‑quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints and prints.
• Experience with steel assembly and fabrication.
• MIG welding experience required.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
• Arrange steel components according to print specifications.
• Bolt steel pieces together with precision alignment and measurement.
• Perform MIG welding as needed.
• Assist with fabrication and assembly of final products.
• Work with team members to move sections through the assembly process.
• Maintain quality workmanship while adhering to shop safety standards.
