Roseburg Forest Products is seeking a Journeyman Millwright for the Dillard Lumber mill site in Oregon. You will perform general maintenance and repairs on assigned equipment and facilities, ensuring safe, efficient operations.

The role requires 4+ years as a Millwright in a production setting, ability to read drawings, and willingness to work a 24/7 shift. Strong troubleshooting, lubrication, and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 4+ years as Millwright in a production environment.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work a 24/7 manufacturing shift.
• Able to read and interpret drawings and manuals.
• Familiarity with maintenance practices and repair work.

Responsibilities

• Work safely and effectively in a team environment.
• Inspect and identify equipment needing repair.
• Troubleshoot issues to determine repairs or adjustments.
• Assist with planning repair work using drawings and manuals.
• Perform precision repairs on mill equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance inspections and lubrication.
• Clean and maintain the mill facility.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
