All-Pro Fleet Services in Southern Oregon is seeking a Journeyman Technician (Fleet & Mobile) to diagnose and repair a variety of medium- and light-duty fleet vehicles. You will split time between the shop and the field, providing independent and reliable service with clear communication to advisors and customers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of journeyman experience, strong diesel and gas diagnostics, and a proven drive for quality.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of journeyman-level experience in fleet service or diesel repair.
• Strong diagnostic ability for diesel and gas engines.
• Self-motivated and dependable with a proactive work style.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Clean driving record for mobile work.
• Fleet or diesel experience is a big plus; training available if needed.

What You’ll Be Working On

• Medium-duty trucks (box trucks, fleet vehicles)
• Diesel & gas engines
• Light-duty (primarily USA brands)
• Equipment & specialty units
• A mix of in-shop AND mobile work (about 50/50)
• No two days are the same-and that's exactly how our techs like it.

The Role

This is not an entry-level position.

You’ll Be Trusted To

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicles
• Work independently in the field AND in the shop
• Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers
• Keep jobs moving efficiently without constant supervision
