Job summary

Diamond Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician to lead residential service calls and help train apprentices. You will sign off on quality work, uphold safety, and provide exceptional customer experiences.

You will diagnose problems, explain options, and work with dispatch to maintain schedule while meeting revenue targets. Equal opportunity employer, committed to safety and integrity.

Qualifications

• Active Journeyman or Master Electrician license
• Knowledge of local electrical codes and applying them on the fly
• Ability to read and draw diagrams and blueprints
• Able to work independently and know when to lean on the team
• Clean driving record
• Clear written and verbal communication
• Organized and dependable, with follow-through
• Lead with integrity and connect with people
• Thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
• Eligible to work in the U.S. (E-Verify)

Responsibilities

• Knock out residential electrical service calls with expertise
• Build trust with customers and turn first-time calls into loyal clients
• Ask the right questions, diagnose the real problem, fix it right
• Explain financing options and maintenance plans that fit the customer
• Identify aging or underperforming systems and present upgrade options with confidence
• Earn referrals through professionalism and know-how
• Own your numbers and meet revenue targets
• Coordinate with dispatch and customer service to keep operations smooth
• Leave every job site cleaner than you found it
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and team events to keep learning
