Job summary

ARISCO CONTRACTING GROUP is seeking masons to join our team. Candidates should be familiar with masonry techniques, capable of using hand and power tools, and OSHA trained. The role requires self-motivation, safety awareness, and the ability to meet job specifications.

Responsibilities include mixing cement, cutting materials, and assisting with various structures while interpreting drawings. Physical endurance and teamwork are essential for success on site.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with common masonry terms, techniques, tools, and materials.
• OSHA training and certification expected.
• Three years+ experience or completion of mason apprenticeship.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor for most of the day.

Responsibilities

• Mix and prepare cement, bricks, and mortar for structures.
• Cut and shape materials to meet specifications.
• Assist in building stairs, chimneys, walls, frames, walkways and other structures.
• Interpret technical drawings and follow instructions.
• Maintain tools and workspaces.
• Lift and carry bricks, blocks, and stones as needed.
