• Provide subject-matter expertise in domains such as logistics, financial management, change management, or talent management.
• Collaborate with digital engineering, program management, and acquisition teams across NAVAIR.

In this role, you will help improve organizational efficiency, support program and project analysis, and contribute to digital transformation efforts across aircraft, weapons, and product acquisition programs.

• Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in management analysis, program analysis, or related fields.
• Active DoD Secret clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain one).
• Experience supporting DoD or government technical programs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with business and analytical tools for data interpretation and program tracking.

Desired Qualifications

• Experience supporting NAVAIR, NAVSEA, or other defense acquisition organizations.
• Familiarity with digital engineering or digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge in logistics, financial management, change management, or related business areas.

Compensation Statement

At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows $90,000.00 - $110,000.00
