Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC is seeking a Journeyman Management Analyst to support the NAVAIR Digital Department at Patuxent River, MD. This role focuses on improving organizational efficiency, program analysis, and driving digital transformation across aircraft, weapons, and product acquisition programs.

The position requires aBachelor’s degree in a related field and a minimum of 5 years of management/program analysis experience, along with an active DoD Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in management analysis, program analysis, or related fields.
• Active DoD Secret clearance (or ability to obtain and maintain one).
• Experience supporting DoD or government technical programs.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with business and analytical tools for data interpretation and program tracking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational studies to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
• Design, document, and refine systems, workflows, and procedures that enhance mission performance.
• Perform work simplification and measurement studies to support streamlined operations.
• Develop operations and procedures manuals that enable leadership and teams to execute more effectively.
• Apply analytic techniques to evaluate program and project objectives, performance, and outcomes.
• Analyze program requirements, current status, budgets, and schedules.
• Perform management, technical, and business-case analyses to support decision-making.
• Collect, organize, and interpret data related to aircraft, weapons, and project acquisition programs.
• Track and report on program and project schedules, milestones, and status.
• Provide subject-matter expertise in one or more business domains such as logistics, financial management, change management, or talent management (as applicable).
• Collaborate with digital engineering, program management, and acquisition teams across NAVAIR.

Compensation Statement

At Sabre Systems, LLC, compensation is based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific requirements; however, final compensation will be determined by individual qualifications and applicable contract terms. The general salary range for this position is as follows: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00.
