Resonac Powdered Metals America in Greensburg, IN seeks a Journeyman Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot and repair complex equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will work with electrical and mechanical systems and independently address issues across presses, furnaces, conveyors, robotics, and automation.

The role requires strong electrical/mechanical expertise, experience with PLCs, and the ability to work any shift, including overtime.

Qualifications

• Journeyman certification or equivalent experience in Industrial Maintenance.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (PLC experience preferred).
• Knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation.
• Ability to work any shift, including overtime as needed.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance.

• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• Perform welding and fabrication as needed.

We are currently seeking Journeyman-Level Industrial Maintenance Technicians to join our skilled maintenance team at our Greensburg, IN facility. We have 12 hour, day and night shifts available.

Position Summary

The Journeyman Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex industrial equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position requires strong electrical and mechanical expertise with the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480V, including motors, drives, PLCs, and control systems
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance
• Maintain and repair presses, furnaces, conveyors, robotics, and automated production equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
• Perform welding and fabrication as needed
