Resonac Powdered Metals America in Greensburg, IN is seeking a Journeyman Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair complex manufacturing equipment. The role emphasizes strong electrical and mechanical expertise, working on presses, furnaces, conveyors, and robots.

You will read blueprints, diagnose hydraulic/pneumatic systems, perform preventative maintenance, and support safety initiatives. Shift options include days and nights; overtime may be required.

Qualifications

• Journeyman certification or equivalent experience in industrial maintenance.
• 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills (PLC experience preferred).
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and automation.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems up to 480V, including motors, drives, PLCs, and control systems.
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on presses, furnaces, conveyors, robotics, and production equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and manuals; weld/fabricate as needed.
• Support safety initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
