Job summary

AUTOKINITON is seeking a Journeyman Maintenance Technician for the Elkton, TN area on 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will diagnose, repair, and test machines including transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures, and replace worn components as needed.

Role requires Fanuc robotics experience and a strong maintenance background in metal fabrication environments. Competitive hourly pay of $34.86, with opportunities for growth, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Journeyman maintenance card or 8 years of verifiable experience.
• Experience with robotic welding machines (Fanuc).
• Experience in a manufacturing environment working with steel, iron, aluminum, and other metals.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Proven written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair malfunctioning machines and wiring.
• Replace faulty electrical components such as relays, switches, motors, and sensing devices.
• Test machinery and coordinate with other departments to diagnose issues.
• Dismantle machines to access problem areas.
• Inspect parts for wear and misalignment and replace worn parts.
