Job summary

Intek Plastics Solutions in Eau Claire, WI, is seeking a Tool Maker/CNC Machinist to translate blueprints into precise setups, programs, and machined parts. You will program and refine CNC operations for tight-tolerance tooling, troubleshoot machine and tooling issues, and operate independently with strong organization and urgency.

The role is on the 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00 pm–11:00 pm, with a sign-on bonus and clear advancement opportunities under new ownership.

• Requires high-precision CNC experience and blueprint interpretation.
• Proficiency in programming and refining CNC operations.
• Background with toolroom equipment and problem-solving mindset.
