JOB TYPE: Full-Time with benefits after 90 days.

LOCATION: On-site in the Bay Area and Northern California; no relocation assistance provided.

COMPENSATION: Starting at $60+ per hour, non-exempt, including GSA mileage and per diem. Final salary negotiated at offer.

POSITION SUMMARY: Lead quality assurance and compliance across electric transmission, distribution, and substation projects. Ensure work aligns with utility standards, regulations, and industry best practices to improve system reliability and operational excellence. Perform solo QA reviews on-site and remotely as required.

Responsibilities (not all inclusive):

• Review completed work, photos, maps, and records in company systems (SAP, Trifacta, Sherlock).
• Return incomplete records for correction and maintain documentation for audits.
• Participate in internal quality audits and develop reports on findings and trends.

Requirements

Qualifications (Minimum):

• Authorized to work in the US
• High School Diploma
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• 5+ years of journeyman lineman utility experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with technology (cell phones, tablets, apps, MS Office)
• Willing to Travel
• Qualified Electrical Worker (QEW)
