Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must complete a qualified apprenticeship and hold Journeyman Lineman certification.
• Valid Class A CDL with Medical Certificate required.
• Willing to live within 40 minutes/40 miles of Garfield Operations Center.
• Knowledge of distribution feeders, transformer loading, fusing, and meter sets.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of lineman classification for overhead and underground distribution systems.
• Respond to emergency callouts after hours and on weekends.
• Live within 40 minutes/40 miles of Garfield Operations Center and perform safe pole climbing.
