The position involves all phases of construction, operation, and maintenance of transmission and distribution lines, emphasizing safety and environmental responsibility. You will guide team members, perform installations, and handle emergencies while ensuring adherence to company standards.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited Lineman/Cable Apprenticeship program or equivalent.
• Must have a commercial driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Thorough understanding of utility distribution and transmission systems.

Responsibilities

• Guide the work of Apprentices and Helpers.
• Perform emergency service restoration.
• Maintain a high level of safety and efficiency.
• Install and connect transformers and other equipment.

Skills

Commercial driver's license
