Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Apprentice lineman training including B-200 written test with 80%+ required.
• Valid CDL A license required; live within 35 miles of location; able to climb and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Climbs poles or rides in bucket to install/repair wires and hardware.
• Installs and repairs underground facilities (cable, transformers, pedestals).
• Installs pole hardware, transformers, switches, fuses, insulators with tools.
• Works on energized lines with rubber gloves and hot sticks.
• May service streetlight systems and patrol power lines.
