Qualifications

• Must have Journeyman Lineman Certification approved by the Department of Labor.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Class A CDL required; completion of an apprentice line program or 5 years lineman experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and remove overhead and underground distribution conductors and equipment.
• Perform work on energized conductors with hot sticks.
• Climb poles and work in all weather conditions; respond to emergency call-outs.
