Job summary

Edison Power Constructors (EPC) is hiring an IBEW Journeyman Lineman in Minnesota. The role focuses on building and maintaining transmission and distribution systems with emphasis on safety, regulatory compliance, and teamwork.

Qualified candidates will have a valid Class A CDL, be able to travel short-term, and perform physically demanding tasks outdoors in various weather conditions. Union benefits and strong training opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving history.
• Ability to travel on a short-term basis.
• Demonstrated safety awareness and ability to follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Installs poles, conductor, transformers, meters and hardware on lines per specs.
• Operates bucket truck, digger-derrick and other equipment as needed.
• Trains crew members in construction of electrical systems as directed.
• Maintains equipment and performs routine inspections and troubleshooting.
• Ensures compliance with safety rules and company policies on all jobs.
