Peak Energy Solutions in Seminole, TX seeks an experienced Journeyman Lineman to install, maintain, and repair overhead distribution and transmission lines. You will work in the field, climb poles, operate bucket trucks, and respond to outages.

Requires 4+ years as a lineman, safety-focused, valid driver's license, and a Journeyman license or EL-1J; CDL may be required. This full-time role involves rotating schedules and outdoor work in all weather.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; lineman training preferred.
• 4+ years experience as a lineman in electrical utility or powerline industry.
• Strong knowledge of overhead distribution and transmission systems.
• Thorough understanding of safety practices and regulatory requirements related to high-voltage line work.
• Ability to climb poles and work safely at heights with fall protection.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record; CDL if required.
• Pass background check, pre-employment drug and alcohol screening, and MVR check.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including remote or rugged terrain.
• Ability to work extended hours, rotating schedules, and emergency call-outs.
