Job summary

Leidos seeks a Journeyman-level Joint Fires Operational Planner to support USCYBERCOM operations in a rigorous, on-site environment. You will apply Joint Targeting and Operational Planning to secure tactical objectives and help realize strategic end-states.

Responsibilities include coordinating with DISA/NSA and partners, developing cyber TTPs, drafting targeting guidance, and preparing strike packages to enable non-kinetic fires and cyber effects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Intelligence Studies, or related field, or ability to complete within one year.
• Five to eight+ years supporting CO or intelligence operations, focus on Joint Targeting; 10 years across CO/Info Ops/Joint Targeting acceptable.
• DoD/IC-sponsored Joint Targeting certification.
• Operational planning training with DoD/IC doctrine familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate operational planning support for Joint Fires Targeting processes.
• Coordinate targeting strategy with DISA, NSA, and other agencies to ensure Joint Fires requirements are implemented.
• Develop cyber TTPs to support Cyberspace Operations objectives.
• Draft and assist in developing targeting policies, procedures, and guidance for USCYBERCOM.
