Basic Requirements to Join Our Team as a Journeyman Ironworker:
  • You must be a U.S. Citizen or Naturalized Citizen.
  • You must have at least 3 years of experience as an ironworker erecting steel.
  • You must have your own tools.
How We Take Care of Our Journeyman Ironworkers:

We offer a competitive pay range of $32 to $42 per hour, based on experience.

  • Generous per diem compensation for candidates outside of the project area of $600 - $700 per week.
  • Overtime available - 50 - 60 hours of work per week.
  • Overtime is available to maximize your income.
