Powder River Heating and Air Conditioning, Inc. is seeking a Journeyman Installer to support residential retrofit projects in Sheridan and Gillette, WY.

You will install HVAC systems including furnaces, air handlers, rooftop units, and heat pumps, while ensuring safe, compliant wiring and proper duct sizing. The role requires at least 4 years of HVAC residential install experience, EPA Universal Certification, and a journeyman license is desired.

Competenze

• Minimum of 4 years HVAC residential install experience.
• Journeyman License desired.
• EPA Universal Certification required.
• Advanced understanding of layout, design, fabrication, and installation.

Mansioni

• Install Residential and Commercial HVAC systems - Retrofit / Changeouts.
• Furnaces, air handlers, rooftop units, heat pumps, VRV's, and condensing units.
• Line and low voltage wiring, relays, transformers, wiring diagrams.
• Size and draw duct work.
• Supervise the work of other installers maintaining high-quality and timely performance.

Journeyman Installer - Residential Retrofit

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, depending on experience

Work Hours: Monday through Friday | 4/10 schedule available - hours flex depending on job | available overtime

Location: Sheridan and Gillette, WY

What You Will Be Doing:

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum of 4 years HVAC residenital Install experience
• Journeyman License desired
• EPA Universal Certification
• Advanced understanding of layout, design, fabrication, and installation
• Advanced Safety knowledge of tools, testing devices and surroundings
• Basic fabrication knowledge of sheet metal fittings
• Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
• High school diploma or its equivalent

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
