Job summary

Qualifications

Journeyman's HVAC card or an associated degree in HVAC is required/preferred.
EPA refrigerant certification required.

Responsibilities

Perform skilled HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting based on experience and certifications.
Maintenance and servicing of HVAC, ice makers, pneumatic tube carriers, doors and boiler plant operations.
Preventative and corrective maintenance work orders; participate in lean initiatives and process improvements.
Assist in training and orientation of existing and new staff; support facility and ground maintenance as directed.
Assist in projects assigned to the department and collaborate on optimising workflows.
