Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking an HVAC Technician to install, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and operate HVAC, refrigeration, and related building systems across the casino property.

You will perform both scheduled preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs on critical facility equipment to keep guests and team members safe and comfortable, with CMMS to document work orders and repairs. Monday–Friday day shift with on-call emergencies outside hours.

The HVAC Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and operation of HVAC, refrigeration, and related building systems throughout the casino property. This role performs both scheduled preventive maintenance and unscheduled repairs on critical facility equipment to ensure a safe, comfortable, and efficient environment for guests and team members. The HVAC Technician utilizes a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to complete work orders, document repairs, and support ongoing facility operations.

This role operates on a Monday through Friday, day-shift schedule, with an expectation to be available for on-call emergency response outside of regular working hours.
