Youll work from the Frederick, MD branch, ensuring code compliance and top-tier customer service. The role rewards skills with strong, uncapped earnings and a structured bonus program, including a $10,000 license bonus.

You will perform tune-ups, upgrades, and replacements while representing a trusted home services brand. A Journeyman license and 4+ years of experience are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Active HVAC license required.
