Job summary

F.H. Furr is seeking an HVAC Selling Technician who can diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems and identify when upgrades are warranted. You will sell new systems on service calls and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

This role offers top-tier compensation, a $10,000 signing bonus plus $10,000 journeyman annual bonus, a company-provided truck, and comprehensive benefits. You will report at least weekly to the Frederick, MD location.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience - 4+ years in residential HVAC service, repair, or sales.
• Active HVAC license (apprentice or journeyman) required.
• Strong technical skills - diagnose and repair a wide range of HVAC issues.
• Sales-driven mindset - confident in recommending and selling new systems during service calls.
• Excellent communication - explain technical issues in terms homeowners understand.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems efficiently and effectively.
• Identify opportunities where a system replacement is in the homeowner's best interest.
• Educate customers on their options, providing honest and professional recommendations.
