Job summary

Pye-Barker Fire & Safety in Casper, WY seeks a Sprinkler Install Technician to independently install fire sprinkler systems, interpret blueprints, and ensure NFPA code compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma, 3+ years in fire and life safety, NICET Level I or higher preferred, and a clean driving record. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in the fire and life safety industry as an apprentice or technician.
• NICET Level I or above preferred.
• Strong understanding of fire sprinkler system installation practices.
• Must have a clean driving record and active driver's license (if driving is required).

Responsibilities

• Independently perform installation of fire sprinkler systems.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications for installation projects.
• Use hand tools and installation equipment to complete assigned tasks.
• Ensure compliance with NFPA standards and local codes.
• Accurately and timely complete required documentation and installation reports.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal team members.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Support and assist entry-level technicians and apprentices as needed.
• Travel to job sites as required.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
