Job summary

Pape’ Machinery, Inc. is looking for a Journeyman Field Technician to service construction and forestry equipment at customer sites. You will diagnose, repair, and maximize uptime while traveling in a fully equipped service vehicle to ensure customer equipment runs at peak performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years diagnosing and repairing heavy diesel equipment.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Own tools required.
• Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites to service construction and forestry equipment.
• Diagnose and repair equipment to maximize uptime.
• Interact with customers and provide quality service.
• Operate a fully loaded Pape’ service vehicle daily.
