ABM is seeking a Building Engineer in San Francisco to ensure efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems. The role involves troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, coordinating service calls, and escorting vendors on-site to uphold safety and compliance.
Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience in building engineering or facilities management, with preferred data center experience and EPA refrigerant certification.
The Building Engineer is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of building systems, equipment, and infrastructure. This role involves troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, conducting preventative maintenance, coordinating service calls, escorting vendors on‑site, and collaborating with contractors to ensure the facility remains safe, functional, and compliant with all regulations.
Shift: Monday through Friday 6:30am - 3pm
Pay: 72.93 per hour
