Job summary

LeoForce is seeking a mid-level electrician to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems across industrial, commercial, and specialty projects in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

You will read blueprints, work on active sites, and collaborate with a project team while adhering to OSHA standards and company safety policies. A state electrician or journeyman license is required; compensation is $40–$60 per hour.

Qualifications

• Prior electrician experience through apprenticeship or equivalent training.
• Active state electrician or journeyman license.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Ability to work on active job sites, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems including conduit, switchgear, transformers, and motor control centers
• Support industrial systems such as hydraulic, pneumatic, and instrumentation tubing
• Perform testing, calibration, loop tuning, and system commissioning
• Install and terminate power, low voltage, telecom, fiber, and Ethernet cabling
• Follow OSHA standards and company safety policies
• Work as part of a project based team to meet schedule and quality expectations
