We Power America is seeking electricians across Wisconsin for commercial and industrial projects. Journeyman and supervisory roles are needed in multiple locations.

Responsibilities include installing and maintaining electrical systems, troubleshooting issues, reading blueprints, and ensuring compliance with codes. Overtime and growth opportunities are available, with employer-paid benefits and tools provided.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial and industrial electrical systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues using appropriate tools.
• Ensure work complies with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Read blueprints and schematics to plan installations and upgrades.
• Perform preventive maintenance and participate in system upgrades.
• Work with other contractors and team members to complete projects on time.
• Provide on-call support for emergency repairs when needed.
