We Power America in St. Louis, MO, is seeking experienced electricians for commercial and industrial projects. The openings include foreman and supervisory Journeyman roles on high-profile projects, offering full-time, on-site work with hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience as commercial/industrial electrician with supervisory capability.

Responsibilities

• Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings, including wiring, panels, circuits, motors, and equipment.
• Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, using tools and techniques to identify and resolve problems.
• Compliance with Codes and Standards: Ensure all electrical work adheres to local, state, and federal codes and safety standards.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings for installations and upgrades.
• System Upgrades and Modifications: Upgrade and modify existing systems to meet new requirements.
• Safety Protocols: Follow lockout/tagout and safety procedures to protect the work environment.
• Collaboration: Work with other contractors, engineers, and team members to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Preventive Maintenance: Perform regular inspections to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Emergency Response: Provide on-call support for emergency repairs.
