Job summary

We Power America in Hannibal, MO is seeking experienced electricians, with emphasis on foreman and supervisory Journeyman roles. Positions are full-time, hourly pay between 34 and 51 per hour, with benefits paid by employer.

You will install, maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings, read blueprints, ensure codes compliance, and work with other trades on high-profile projects. Overtime is available and training opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as Journeyman electrician with supervisory exposure.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings.

Job Responsibilities for Commercial and Industrial Electrician:

• Installation and Maintenance: Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings, including wiring, panels, circuits, motors, and equipment.
• Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, using a variety of tools and techniques to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
• Compliance with Codes and Standards: Ensure all electrical work adheres to local, state, and federal electrical codes, safety standards, and building regulations.
• Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to plan and execute electrical installations and upgrades.
