Job summary

ASCEND Aerospace & Technology, LLC is hiring a Journeyman Electrician to support the COSMOS program at Johnson Space Center in Houston, TX. The role involves installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical distribution equipment on a 6:00 AM–2:30 PM schedule with potential weekend work.

Qualified candidates must hold a Journeyman Electrician's License, HS Diploma or GED, and 7 years of general experience; OSHA and COSMOS safety training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Must have HS Diploma or GED and Journeyman Electrician's License.
• At least 7 years of general experience as an Electrician.
• Ability to pass physical requirements and wear PPE.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and power distribution systems.
• Work with electrical code, test equipment, and work packages for system modifications.
• Coordinate with NASA customers and contractors to meet project schedules.
• Maintain OSHA, NASA, and COSMOS safety & quality compliance.
