PRT Staffing is seeking Journeyman Low Voltage Electricians for a long-term, mission-critical data center project in Santa Teresa, NM. You will work on low-voltage and telecommunications installations, fiber optic and copper cabling, and cable pathways, racks, and patch panels.

Reading blueprints, coordinating daily activities, and upholding safety and quality standards are essential. Must have an active Journeyman license and related construction experience.

Formación

• Active journeyman electrician license is required.
• Experience in electrical, low-voltage, telecommunications, or commercial construction environments.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and installation instructions.
• Ability to work with construction crews and other trades.
• Strong understanding of jobsite safety and quality standards.
• Ability to work shifts and overtime as required.
• Ability to pass background screening, drug testing, and site onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support low-voltage and telecommunications infrastructure installations within a data center construction environment.
• Work with crews installing fiber optic and copper cabling systems.
• Assist with installation of cable pathways, racks, cabinets, patch panels, and related infrastructure.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and installation specs.
• Coordinate daily installation activities and support project schedules.
• Ensure installations meet project specs, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving installation issues.
• Collaborate with fiber optic specialists and other trades to support project completion.
• Maintain daily progress reports and installation documentation.

We're hiring Journeyman Low Voltage Electricians for a long-term, mission-critical data center construction project in Santa Teresa, New Mexico.

PAY & PROJECT DETAILS

• $65 per hour
• $150 daily per diem for each day worked
• Long-term, full-time employment opportunity
• Large-scale, mission-critical data center project
• Multiple openings - hiring 50 licensed technicians

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead and support low-voltage and telecommunications infrastructure installations within a data center construction environment.
• Work with crews installing fiber optic and copper cabling systems.
• Assist with the installation of cable pathways, racks, cabinets, patch panels, and associated infrastructure.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and installation specifications.
• Coordinate daily installation activities and support project schedules.
• Ensure installations meet project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving installation issues.
• Work alongside fiber optic specialists and other trades to support project completion.
• Maintain daily progress reports and installation documentation as required.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Active qualifying journeyman electrician license.
