WorkSteer is seeking experienced Journeyman Electricians for full-time, long-term electrical projects. The role requires strong knowledge of electrical installation, troubleshooting, blueprints, and NEC code compliance.

Competitive hourly pay and overtime opportunities, with consistent project work and a strong emphasis on safety and quality. You will read blueprints, install conduits, panels, and fixtures, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with the crew to meet schedules and progress.

Formación

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license required.
• Strong knowledge of NEC and electrical safety practices.
• Experience with conduit installation, wire pulling, and electrical panels.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

Responsabilidades

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and project specs.
• Install conduit, pull and terminate wire, and install electrical panels, switches, outlets, and fixtures.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and identify issues.
• Ensure work meets NEC codes, project specs, and safety requirements.
• Coordinate work with other electricians and crew members.
• Provide guidance to apprentices as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
• Follow project schedules and report progress to supervisors.
