We Power America in Jacksonville, FL is seeking electricians at journey and supervisory levels to install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial settings. You will read blueprints, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with engineers and teams to complete projects safely and on schedule.

Ideal candidates have journeyman or supervisory experience, a solid safety record, and the ability to upgrade existing systems to enhance performance.

• Ability to work in commercial and industrial environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial/industrial settings.
• Diagnose and fix electrical issues using proper tools and methods.
• Ensure work adheres to codes and safety standards.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for installations.
• Upgrade existing systems to meet requirements and improve performance.
• Work with other contractors and teams to complete projects on time.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance and provide on-call emergency support.
