Job summary

Magic Valley Electric is hiring a Journeyman Electrician in Idaho. You will work under general supervision of a Foreman, perform installations, read blueprints, and lead semi-skilled tasks. A valid Idaho Journeyman license is required.

You will participate in a dynamic team, uphold safety standards, and contribute to new construction and electrical maintenance projects across our service area. We value professional integrity, ongoing training, and customer-focused service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read blueprints, legend symbols, determining scales of plans and riser diagrams.
• Must have good communication skills and ability to follow and give instructions.

Responsibilities

• Dig trenches or holes for conduit installation and foundations.
• Trace short circuits and inspect wiring with test meters.
• Install and terminate conduits and wiring per plans and drawings.
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment and keep parts organized.
• Read and interpret electrical drawings such as one-lines, schematics and A-sheets.
