Idaho Electrical Solutions is seeking a licensed journeyman electrician to run projects from prints to final inspection with hands-on ownership. You will manage residential, commercial, industrial, and telecom work in the Treasure Valley, reading blueprints and ensuring high-quality workmanship.

This role includes mentoring apprentices, coordinating with customers and general contractors, and ensuring safety and NEC compliance.

Formación

• Current Idaho journeyman electrician license or reciprocal-state license.
• Valid driver's license with insurable record.
• Able to read blueprints and lay out your own work without supervision.
• Solid working knowledge of the NEC and Idaho code requirements.
• Professional communication with customers, GCs and other trades.
• Telecom or cell tower experience is a plus, with training provided.

Responsabilidades

• Run assigned jobs independently from layout through completion (residential, commercial, industrial, telecom).
• Read and interpret blueprints, one-lines, panel schedules, and site drawings.
• Install, troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical systems and gear.
• Plan material needs and communicate shortfalls before they stall the work.
• Mentor apprentices on the job site and ensure NEC compliance.
• Close out jobs with punch lists, site clean, and customer/GC informed.
