Job description

Overview

This position description is subject to change at any time as needed to meet the requirements of the program or company.

Under the United States (U.S.) Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM) GILE program, Team V2X provides global engineering, facilities, sustainment, and maintenance of intelligence systems, integrating new technologies and supporting various military and intelligence entities. This position is contingent upon successful contract award to V2X.

Responsibilities

• Able to maneuver in small spaces and lift 50lbs.
• Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in measuring electrical properties such as resistance, inductance, capacitance, electrical potential, and current flow.
• Familiarity with the National Electric Code (NEC) and ability to select and install materials accordingly.
• Fluent in English, capable of reading, writing, and understanding technical documentation, schematics, and diagrams under ANSI standards.
• Coordinate with engineering departments to respond to critical system requirements.
• Understanding of power generation operations; certification from power generation manufacturer preferred.

Qualifications

Education / Certifications:

• Vocational or High School diploma or equivalent plus four years of experience leading to licensure as a Journeyman Electrician or similar license, OR
• Six years of experience in military or civilian electrician training/certification.

Security Clearance:

• Must be a US Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance (TIER 5) and eligibility for SCI access per ICD 704.
• Some roles may require a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph, especially for access to TDN2.
