Under the U.S. Army INSCOM GILE program, Team V2X provides engineering, facilities, sustainment, and maintenance of intelligence systems, including integration of new technologies, portal management, hardware design, network management, and logistics support to various military and intelligence entities. Our mission is to anticipate requirements and employ innovative techniques to support Soldiers, Civilians, and systems across multiple locations.

This position is contingent upon contract award to V2X.

Responsibilities

1. Able to maneuver in small spaces and lift 50lbs.
2. Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in measuring electrical properties such as resistance, inductance, capacitance, electrical potential, and current flow.
3. Familiarity with the National Electric Code (NEC) and ability to select and install materials and devices under the NEC.
4. Fluent in English, capable of reading, writing, and understanding technical documentation, schematics, and diagrams written under ANSI standards.
5. Coordinate with local deployed and CONUS engineering departments to respond to critical requirements based on current system specifications.
6. Technical understanding of power generation operations and maintenance; certification from power generation manufacturers is preferred.

Qualifications

Education / Certifications:

• Vocational or High School diploma or equivalent, with four (4) years of experience leading to licensure as a Journeyman Electrician or equivalent license, OR
• Six (6) years of experience in military or civilian electrician training/certification.

Security Clearance Requirement:

• Must be a US Citizen with Final Top-Secret Clearance based on a TIER 5 Background Investigation and favorable eligibility for SCI access per ICD 704.
• Some roles may require a Counterintelligence (CI) Scope Polygraph, especially for access to TDN2.
