Job summary

TIC Inc is seeking a skilled Electrical Installer to join our on-site team in a dynamic construction environment. The role involves wiring, conduit installation, terminations, and system testing across high and low voltage setups.

The candidate must hold NCCER Electrical certification, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and pass pre-employment drug/alcohol testing while adhering to strict safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Must have NCCER Electrical certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to pass pre-access drug and alcohol testing.
• Observe and comply with safety and project rules.

Responsibilities

• Interprets drawings, sketches, plans and determines best work procedures and tools needed to troubleshoot and repair problems.
• Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles and installs electrical conduit; weld supports; install cable and duct banks; make terminations.
• Installs control and distribution apparatus and fastens in place.
• Test and start up systems and continuity of circuit for safety and compatibility.
• Observe functioning of installed equipment to determine hazards and need for adjustments, relocation, or replacement.
• Move and pull wiring through conduit; connect wiring to lighting fixtures and power equipment.
• Work with high and low voltage systems.
• Disassemble and repair defective electrical equipment or systems.
