Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company is seeking a skilled electrician to install, test, and repair wiring, fixtures, motors and control systems at Texas job sites. You will interpret drawings, work with high and low voltage systems, and ensure safety and compliance with plans and codes.

This role requires climbing, outdoor work, and possible overtime. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, strong troubleshooting abilities, and the ability to communicate clearly with supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; field experience preferred.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and plans.
• Effective communication with supervision.
• Competent in electrical hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Interpret drawings, sketches, and plans to determine work procedures.
• Install conduit, cable, and terminations as specified.
• Test systems for electrical compatibility and safety.
• Inspect and correct work to meet contract specs.
• Work with high and low voltage systems.
• Perform maintenance and repair of electrical equipment.
• Operate a range of hand and power tools.
• Estimate material needs and labor for tasks.
• Ensure compliance with safety and project rules.
• Overtime, nights, and weekends as required.
