Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with management, customers, and team members.
• Perform industrial electrical installations, including wiring, conduit installation, panel installation, and lighting system installation.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical issues in existing industrial and commercial systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure safety and efficiency of electrical equipment.
• Interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams for installation layouts.
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other trades.
• Use testing equipment to analyze electrical systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical field; Journeyman license preferred.
• Experience with electrical wiring in industrial or commercial settings.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to relocate or commute to mid-Missouri.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and follow safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Self-motivated and efficient.

Compensation & Benefits

• $35+ per hour (DOE)
