Key Responsibilities

• Communicate effectively with management, customers, and team members.
• Perform industrial electrical installations, including wiring, conduit installation, panel installation, and lighting system installation.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical issues in existing industrial and commercial systems.
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure the safety and efficiency of electrical equipment.
• Interpret electrical blueprints and technical diagrams to determine installation layouts.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes.
• Follow strict safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and lockout/tagout procedures.
• Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and other tradespeople to complete projects efficiently.
• Use testing equipment and tools to analyze electrical systems and resolve issues.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding client needs and offering expert recommendations.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including system updates and compliance reports.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the electrical field, with a Journeyman Electrician license preferred.
• Required: Electrical wiring experience in industrial or commercial settings.
• Required: A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Required: Ability to commute or relocate to mid-Missouri before starting.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Ability to interpret blueprints and follow safety protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Experience working with prevailing wage projects is a plus.
