Join our team at KenMor Electric Company as a Journeyman Electrician - Houston, TX.

KenMor Electric Company is an electrical contractor experienced in large-scale construction projects, including office buildings, stadiums, hospitals, and industrial plants.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform installation, alterations, additions, and repairs of electrical systems.
• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, manuals, and specifications.
• Place conduit and pull insulated wires or cables to complete circuits.
• Perform physically demanding tasks like trenching and lifting heavy objects.
• Provide sketches and cost estimates for materials and services.

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid Texas JMN Electrician License.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Four years of relevant commercial electrical experience (preferred).
• Ability to work safely at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and up to 90 pounds with assistance.
