Job summary

Walmart in Knoxville and Maryville, TN is seeking a skilled electrician to perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs across facilities and equipment. You will diagnose issues, order parts, document work, and ensure safety standards are met.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in the electrical trade.
• Licensed Journeyman Electrician or equivalent in state of work.
• Valid state-issued driver's license.
• License in related trade in city/state of work.
• Completion of a 2-year Vocational or Technical trade program.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure safety, proper functionality and aesthetics of facilities, equipment, or fixtures.
• Inspect, diagnose, repair, and repair documentation; use blueprints/manuals as needed.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and contractors; track parts and invoices.
• Ensure OSHA/EPA compliance and Walmart quality/safety standards; coordinate with managers and contractors.
• Participate in on-call rotation and respond to incidents as required.
